Accounting Office
- Matters related to budget preparation, distribution and control
- Matters related to handling of accounting affairs, accounting reports and preparation of annual accounts

- Tender, price parity, bargaining and acceptance of procurement for construction works, customization and sales of property
Civil Service Ethics Office
- Formulation, amendment and interpretation of regulations regarding civil service ethics of the TCSB
- Advocacy of regulations regarding civil service ethics of the TCSB
- Prevention, discovery and handling of illegal acts by staff of the TCSB
- Proposals for TCSB civil service ethics reforms
- Suggestions for reward and punishment related to civil service ethics of the TCSB
- Protection of official secrets of the TCSB
- Prevention of incidents that harm or sabotage the TCSB and assistance in handling appeals and petitions
