本計畫所涵蓋之系統主要包含，環境用藥管理資訊系統、環境用藥許可證及病媒防治業查詢系統、環境用藥微生物製劑常見菌種特性資訊查詢系統及兩岸環境用藥及病媒防治資訊交流平台，並針對列管業者辦理環境用藥相關宣傳輔導作業，其工作項目分為四大項說明如下。 (一)環境用藥系統整合：(1)完成臺灣環境衛生病媒害蟲監測及防治技術計畫成果電子化作業，提供抗藥性及感藥性研究共計6支統計報表及抗藥性與病媒防治業者施作地理圖資1支；重整申請暨審查功能完成：(2)樣品同意文件及天然物質防蟲用申請功能，共計有40筆資料透過重整功能進行申請。(3)為提供環境用藥單一查詢入口，完成環境用藥微生物製劑常見菌種特性資訊共計165筆資料，轉至環境用藥許可證及病媒防治業查詢系統提供統一查詢。 (二)提升系統功能健全管理工具：(1)完成施作紀錄申報修改權限功能，已有14筆透過該功能完成申報權限開放。(2)完成7項考評指標調整系統考評權重佔比。(3)配合使用者反饋，完成調整許可證申請暨審查功能，包含標示內容調整及增加初審表單上傳功能，已上傳173筆初審表單資料；調整許可執照申請暨審查實務，增加審查端陳判功能，同時因應廠家實務現況提供多貯存場所申請需求；(4)滾動修正環境用藥紀錄表申報庫存量統計及提供群組申報功能，優化業者申報使用程序提升申報效率。(5)因應疫情提供病媒防治業防疫設備及四級警戒必要性外出人員名單列冊填報功能，以提供警戒作業人員進出需求資料通報。 (三)維運系統功能，包含：(1)定期執行資訊安全弱點掃描並進行系統弱點修正，針對環境用藥管理資訊系統，進行網頁資訊安全性及網站安全弱點掃描檢測，弱掃報告皆無發現低中高風險。(2)提供防止資料輸入錯誤之檢查機制、訊息跳窗提醒設定及重要資料更改之完整記錄功能等歷程資訊措施。(3)定期進行系統效能監控作業，並因應系統緊急狀況24小時之即時監控及網路通報功能。(4)提升現有系統功能及效能，符合業者端及管理端之系統使用流暢度。 (四)宣傳輔導作業，針對製造業、販賣業及病媒防治業，辦理6場次系統視訊操作說明會，與會人數共計351人次；於環境用藥病媒防治業進行工作性別差異度調查，期以瞭解目前我國環境用藥病媒防治業在公司內部男女比例及工作現況，問卷回收305份問卷，調查結果顯示目前病媒防治業仍以男性居多，男性466人(佔比約為81%)，女性108人(佔比約為19%)，其原因主要為噴灑機具負重較重及施作時間大多於夜間，造成女性就業人數較低；於9月30日完成宣導品設計印製，包括2款貼紙、5款酷卡/電子文宣及2款L夾製作，總計印製文宣數量共計3,750份，提供不同宣導對象宣導文宣設計，以擴大宣導成效。
The system in this project included environmental agents management information system, environmental agent permit and pest control industry license searching systems, characteristics of common microorganisms for environmental agent microbial preparations information system, and the information exchange platform of pest management operator services of both sides. In addition, environmental agents advocacy activities were conducted for registered industries. The project was divided into four major items which were explained as follows. 1. Integration of environmental agents system：(1) Digitizing the results of Taiwan environmental vector and pest monitoring and control technology plan was completed. 6 statistical reports on drug resistance and drug susceptibility testing and the geographic information about drug resistance and applications of pest control operators were provided. Reorganization of the function of application and review was completed. (2) The number of applications was 40 after reorganization of the function of sample approval document and natural substance products used as environmental pest repellants. (3) The number of records was 165 in characteristics of common microorganisms for environmental agent microbial preparations information system. The records were transferred to environmental agent permit and pest control industry license searching systems to provide unified query. 2. Improving system functions to complete management tools：(1) The function of edit permission for reporting application records was completed. There were 14 cases used it. (2) 7 evaluation indicators were completed to adjust the proportion of assessment weights. (3) Based on the user feedback, the function of environmental agent permit application and review was adjusted. It included label adjustment and adding the function of initial review form upload. 173 initial review forms were uploaded. Based on permit application and review practice, judgement step of review side was added, and multiple storage sites were provided for manufacturer requirements. (4) Inventory statistics of record form for environmental agents was corrected and group declaration was provided to optimize the declaration procedures for industry and improve the efficiency. (5) Due to the epidemic, the function of listing and filling protective equipment for pest control industry and necessity list of people going out under level 4 was provided to report entry and exit requirements of operators. 3. Maintenance system function：(1) Regular vulnerability scanning was conducted, and system weaknesses were modified. In terms of environmental agents management information system, scan reports presented none of low, medium and high risks to website security and website vulnerability scanning. (2) Reducing data entry errors through system check, setting pop-up reminders, and complete record of important information changes were provided. (3) System performance was monitored regularly. To respond to system emergencies, 24-hour real-time monitoring and network notification were designed. (4) Performance improvement of existing systems complied with user-friendly system for company and authority. 4. In terms of advocacy activities, 6 online seminars of introducing the system operation were held for manufacturing, vendors, and pest control industries, and there were 351 participants. In terms of pest control industry, survey of gender differences was conducted to understand the current gender ratio and working conditions. The result showed that 466 (81%) was male and 108 (19%) females according to 305 questionnaires. The main reason for low female employees was heavy spray equipment and midnight application. 2 types of stickers, 5 types of free postcard/online flyer and 2 types of L-folder were made before September 30. A total of 3,750 copies of publicity were printed to provide for different audiences to increase the influence.
